摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)是近年来威胁人类生命健康的主要疾病之一。骨膜蛋白(Postn)作为细胞外基质蛋白的成员之一,存在于机体的多个组织器官中,在细胞黏附、迁移和生长过程中起着重要作用。Postn参与了冠心病的发生发展,因此本文对Postn在冠心病中的研究进展进行简要概述。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD)is one of the main diseases threatening human life and health in recent years.As one of the members of extracellular matrix proteins,which exists in many tissues and organs of the body.Postn plays an important role in the process of cell adhesion,migration and growth.Studies have confirmed that Postn was involved in the occurrence and development of CAD.This review summarizes the research advance of Postn in CAD.
