雷达图:中班幼儿个性化运动评价载体的园本探索

摘要 随着大数据时代的到来,借助智能工具来评价幼儿运动能力已经成为一种趋势。然而在幼儿个性化运动发展过程中,现有的教师评价存在观察目标不够清晰、观察记录缺乏针对性、观察分析依赖主观判断等问题,导致幼儿不能在自己现有水平上得到阶段性发展。借助“质性+量性”相结合的雷达图综合评价模式,通过“运动信息采集—绘制能力分布雷达图—多维信息分析—策略跟进”的循环推进,以“数据呈现”“个性诊断书”等方式,从个体、班级、年段三个方向,多维度评估、分析幼儿运动的数据,能够帮助教师了解幼儿运动的阶段性特征,提升幼儿个性化运动能力。 With the development of the era of big data,evaluation with the help of smart tools has become a trend in evaluating children’s sports competence.However,the existing teacher evaluations of children’s personalized sports show that the observation goals are not clear enough,the observation records are not pertinent,and the observation analysis is based on subjective judgments.These problems result in the failure of the children to develop their sport competence based on their current level.Therefore,with the comprehensive evaluation mode of radar chart combining qualitative and quantitative methods,this study adopts the circular mode of collecting children’s sports information,drawing the radar map of competence distribution,multi-dimensional analysis of information and follow-up of strategies.The data presentation and individual diagnosis evaluate and analyze children’s sports data in terms of individual,class and age.This evaluation and analysis will help teachers understand the features of children’s sports in different stages and effectively promote children’s personalized sports competence.
