素养导向下的基础教育科学教师队伍建设路径——学习《基础教育课程教学改革深化行动方案》

摘要 《基础教育课程教学改革深化行动方案》凸显了素养导向下培养学生科学素养的重要性,这需要一支坚实的科学教师队伍作为第一人力资源。我国基础教育科学教师队伍存在个体性专业素养维度上弱势性明显,在群体性专业化程度上的整体水平低下等问题。逐步完善科学教师职前培养体系、建立健全科学教师专业标准制度、加快解决科学教师队伍建设所面临的问题等举措是目前我国基础教育科学教师队伍建设的有效路径。 The Action Program for Further Reform of Curriculum and Teaching in Basic Education highlights the importance of cultivating students’science literacy under the guidance of literacy cultivation,which requires a strong team of science teachers as the first human resource.The problems in the science teachers of basic education in China are shown in the weak individual professional accomplishment and low overall degree of group specialization.Gradually improving the pre-service training system for science teachers,establishing and perfecting the professional standard system of science teachers,and solving urgent problems such as the insufficiency of science teachers and the lack of academic qualifications are the effective ways of the construction of science teachers in basic education in China at present.
