教育信息化下职教本科人才“技术适应性”培养:意义、困境和路径 被引量:1

Cultivation of“Technical Adaptability”of Vocational Education Undergraduate Talents under Educational Informatization:Significance,Dilemma and Path

摘要 教育信息化背景下,职教本科人才“技术适应性”培养不仅是对教育信息化“适应性”新需求的必然回应,也是对就业市场“泛信息化”新形态的积极响应,更是对本科职业院校人才培养新变革的高效呼应。但在教育教学过程中,职教本科在人才“技术适应性”培养方面面临着各主体协同共培发展受阻、教学管理评价重视度不足、专业设置与实际发展脱节等一系列现实困境。面向教育信息化,挖掘并拓展职教本科人才“技术适应性”培养创新路径,助力国家人才强国战略实现,应从以下方面着手实施:促进多主体合力升级,构建产教融合创新发展新格局;助推“三教”改革落实地,培育智慧课堂提质培优新动能;洞悉智能化技术逻辑,构筑职教本科管理评价新生态;抢占专业布局制高点,打造产业导向专业设置新引擎。 Under the background of educational informatization,the cultivation of“technical adaptability”of undergraduate talents in vocational education is not only an inevitable response to the new demand of“adaptability”of educational informatization,but also a positive response to the new form of“Pan informatization”in the employment market,as well as an efficient echo to the new reform of talent cultivation in undergraduate vocational colleges.However,in the process of education and teaching,the undergraduate vocational education faces a series of practical difficulties in the cultivation of talent“technical adaptability”,such as the development of various subjects’cooperation and co-training being blocked,the insufficient attention to the evaluation of teaching management,and the disconnection between the professional setting and the actual development.Facing the informationization of education,we should explore and expand the innovative path of“technical adaptability”training of undergraduate talents in vocational education,and help the realization of the national strategy of strengthening the country with talents.We should start from the following aspects:promoting the joint upgrading of multiple subjects and build a new pattern of innovative development of industry education integration;promote the implementation of the three education reform,cultivate new driving forces for improving the quality and excellence of smart classrooms;understand the logic of intelligent technology and build a new ecology of vocational education undergraduate management evaluation;seize the commanding height of professional layout and create a new engine for industry-oriented professional setting.
