故障率对装备通用质量特性的作用分析

本文总结了国内外故障率研究的发展历史,基于装备的通用质量特性设计和试验,逐一分析了故障率这一参数在装备可靠性、维修性、测试性、安全性、保障性和环境适应性中起到的重要作用。研究分析得出,故障率的准确性对装备的通用质量特性工作有着直接影响,为后续的通用质量特性设计和试验工作的开展提供参考。

This paper summarizes the development history of failure rate research at home and abroad.Based on the general quality characteristic design and test of equipment,the important role of failure rate in equipment reliability,maintainability,testability,safety,supportability and environmental adaptability is analyzed one by one.It is concluded that the accuracy of the failure rate has a direct impact on the general quality characteristics of the equipment,which provides a reference for the subsequent design and test of the general qua lity characteristics.
