一种现场电磁信号还原试验方法

摘要 当应用在工业现场的电子设备遭受电磁干扰而失效时,实验室通常参照标准对电子设备开展试验寻找失效原因,此做法无法还原真实信号,难以评估电子设备的真实抗电磁干扰能力。针对还原真实电磁信号困难的情况,本文提出一种基于任意波发生器的现场电磁信号还原试验方法,利用示波器现场采集电磁环境信号波形数据,经过计算机处理,在任意波发生器中还原现场采集的电磁信号波形,并以电流注入、电压注入、磁场辐照和电场辐照四种加载方式验证电磁信号还原方法的有效性,为加强电子设备的现场抗电磁干扰能力提供技术基础。 Electronic equipment used in the industrial site is invalid due to electromagnetic interference,the laboratory usually conducts experiments based on standards to find the cause of failure,which cannot restore the true signal and evaluate the actual electromagnetic environment anti-interference ability of electronic equipment.In response to the difficulty of restoring real electromagnetic signals,this paper proposes an on-site electromagnetic signal restoration test method based on an arbitrary wave generator.The waveform data of electromagnetic environment signals is collected on-site using an oscilloscope,processed by a computer,and downloaded into an arbitrary wave generator.The effectiveness of the electromagnetic signal restoration system is verified through four loading methods:current injection,voltage injection,magnetic field radiation,and electric field radiation.The method provide a technical foundation for enhancing the anti-interference ability of electronic devices.
