锂电池环境试验设备原理概述

摘要 结合锂电池安全性测试相关机理,从消防装置设计、泄压装置设计及结构加固等方面详细介绍了某新研制的锂电池环境试验设备,此设备可用于锂电池开展高温、低温、湿热等环境试验,对于提高锂电池环境适用性具有重要意义,同时可为其他易燃易爆产品的环境试验设备研制提供参考。 Based on the relevant mechanisms of lithium battery safety testing,a newly developed lithium battery environmental testing equipment is introduced in detail from the aspects of fire protection device design,pressure relief device design,and structural reinforcement.This equipment can be used for conducting high temperature,low temperature,humid heat and other environmental tests on lithium batteries,which is of great significance for improving the environmental applicability of lithium batteries.At the same time,it can provide reference for the development of environmental testing equipment for other flammable and expl osive products.
