摘要
本文首先介绍了CE 102测试项目能力验证过程及测试结果,其次对测试设备线路阻抗稳定网络的工作原理进行了理论分析,通过采用电路仿真软件对CE 102测试中的线路阻抗稳定网络进行仿真分析,最后得到了S(2,1)值随负载阻抗值的变化曲线,进而得到了影响CE 102能力验证结果离群的原因,为以后提高CE 102测试的准确性提供了建议。
In this paper,the test process and test results of CE 102 were introduced firstly,and then the working principle of the impedance stable network of test equipment was analyzed theoretically.The circuit simulation software was used to analyze the line impedance stability network in CE 102 test,and the curve of S(2,1)value changing with load impedance was obtained,furthermore,the reasons for the outlier of CE 102 test results were obtained,and suggestions for improving the accuracy of CE 102 test were provided.
