邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)对不同植物根际微生物群落的影响

摘要 【目的】探明邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)与不同植物根际微生物群落的相互作用关系,为治理PAEs提供理论依据。【方法】在云南寻甸分别采取板栗、玉米、烟草和松树根际土壤样品作为研究对象,运用高通量测序技术分析不同植物根际微生物群落结构和多样性,并对根际微生物群落结构与环境的相互关系进行RDA分析。【结果】不同植物根际微生物种类差异小;且不同程度PAEs污染导致4种植物根际微生物群落结构和组成差异较大,多样性指数为烟草>玉米>板栗>松树,松树根际微生物优势门为酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria,38.43%)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria,32.29%),板栗的优势门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria,47.77%)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria,13.48%)和芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadetes,4.30%),玉米的优势门为酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria,34.51%),烟草的优势门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria,52.87%);DOP、DEP、DEHP是影响土壤中大肠杆菌属、芽单胞菌属和拟杆菌属群落分布的主要环境因子。【结论】不同植物根际土壤PAEs含量差异大;土壤中不同种类PAEs显著影响植物根际微生物群落结构。 【Objective】The interaction between phthalic acid esters(PAEs)and different rhizosphere microbial communities was investigated to provide theoretical basis for PAEs management.【Method】Four plant rhizosphere soil samples(chestnut,maize,tobacco and pine)taken from Xundian,Yunnan Province were used as study objects.High throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the community structure and diversity of rhizosphere microorganisms in different plants.The interaction relationship between the community structure of rhizosphere microorganisms and environment was analyzed by RDA.【Result】There was little difference in rhizosphere soil microbial species among different plants.In addition,the microbial community structure and composition of rhizosphere soil of four different plant species were significantly different with different levels of PAEs pollution.The diversity index showed as tobacco>maize>chestnut>pine.The dominant phylum in rhizosphere soil of pine was Acidobacteria(38.43%)and Proteobacteria(32.29%),while the dominant phylum of chestnut was Proteobacteria(47.77%)and Acidobacteria(13.48%)and Gemmatimonadetes(4.30%).Acidobacteria(34.51%)was the dominant phylum of maize,while Proteobacteria(52.87%)was the dominant phylum of tobacco.DOP,DEP and DEHP were the main environment factors affecting the community distribution of Escherichia,Gemmatimonas and Bacteroides in soil.【Conclusion】The PAEs content in rhizosphere soil of different plants varied greatly.Different types of PAEs in soil significantly affected the microbial community structure of plant rhizosphere soil.
