摘要
实践智慧即在真实情境中分析、判断和创造性地解决实际问题的能力,是乡村校长专业发展所不可或缺的要素。运用扎根理论以30名卓越乡村校长为样本,探究并构建卓越乡村校长实践智慧生成的理论模型。研究发现,经验积累、人格特质和价值信念等主体维度是卓越乡村校长实践智慧生成的逻辑起点;重要他人、组织支持等客体维度是卓越乡村校长实践智慧生成的逻辑中介;文化环境和时代环境等环境维度是卓越乡村校长实践智慧生成的逻辑终点。基于此,要重视乡村校长主体素质的后天可塑性,凝聚多元力量间的协同耦合以及充分利用外部环境优势,以生成乡村校长的实践智慧。
Practical wisdom,which is the ability to analyze,judge,and creatively solve practical problems in real situations,is an indispensable element in the professional development of rural principals.Based on the grounded theory,this paper takes 30 outstanding village principals as samples to explore and construct a theoretical model of the generation of the practical wisdom of outstanding village principals.It is found that the main dimensions such as experience accumulation,personality traits,and value beliefs are the logical starting point for the generation of the practical wisdom of outstanding rural principals.The object dimensions such as important others and organizational support are the logical mediators of the generation of the practical wisdom of outstanding village principals.The environmental dimensions such as cultural environment and era environment are the logical end of the generation of the practical wisdom of outstanding village principals.Based on this,it is proposed to attach importance to the acquired plasticity of the main quality of rural principals,to gather the synergistic coupling among multiple forces,and make full use of the advantages of the external environment to generate the practical wisdom of rural principals.
