一种新型双液浆加固材料制备及铁路隧道应用效果测试研究

摘要 针对传统水泥浆液对隧道进行加固效果不理想的问题,提出一种新型双液浆材料的制备。试验对双液浆材料的配比进行优化,并对优化后双液浆材料的性能进行研究,以沈阳某铁路隧道工程为依托,研究了双液浆材料对隧道工程的加固效果。试验结果表明,水泥质量分数为9%、粉煤灰质量分数为3%、偏高岭土质量分数为3%、水玻璃与水泥砂浆体积比为0.5、水玻璃模数为3.32、黄原胶用量为0.10%时,制备双液浆材料性能最优,此时材料流动度为292.5 mm,泌水率为4.2%,胶凝时间为110 s,7、28 d抗压强度分别为19.5、21.5 MPa,不透水性系数为9.1,满足DB11/T 1608—2018标准,表现出良好的综合性能。 A new type of double slurry grouting material was proposed to address the issues of unsatisfactory reinforcement effect of traditional cement slurry in tunnel reinforcement.The experiment optimized the ratio of double slurry grouting materials,studied the performance of the optimized double slurry grouting materials.Based on a railway tunnel project in Shenyang,the reinforcement effect of double slurry grouting materials on the tunnel project was studied.The test results showed that when the mass fraction of cement was 9%,the mass fraction of fly ash was 3%,the mass fraction of metakaolin was 3%,the volume ratio of water glass to cement mortar was 0.5,the modulus of water glass was 3.32,and the amount of Xanthan gum was 0.1%,the performance of the prepared double slurry grouting material was optimal.At this time,the fluidity of the material was 292.5 mm,the bleeding rate was 4.2%,the cementation time was 110 s,the 7 d and 28 d compressive strengths were 19.5 MPa and 21.5 MPa,respectively,and the impermeability coefficient was 9.1,which meet the DB11/T 1608-2018 standard,showing good comprehensive performance.
