一种高速公路边坡用新型粘土固化剂制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究强降雨条件下高速公路粘土边坡加固技术,制备了新型粘土固化剂,并对不同固化剂浓度条件下改良粘土开展了7 d无侧限抗压强度和降雨条件的土壤损失率和含水率试验。结果表明,不掺固化剂的素红粘土的抗压强度为1.21 MPa,随固化剂质量浓度的增大,7 d无侧限抗压强度分别为1.32、1.52、1.68和1.47 MPa;当固化剂质量浓度为15%时,固化剂改良粘土的承载能力最强,抗压强度增大38.84%,较素红粘土提升幅度较大。改良粉质粘土的土壤总损失量随降雨时间增长而逐渐增大,但与固化剂质量浓度呈负相关。随水分蒸发时间的增加,改良粉质粘土试样的含水率呈现逐渐下降的趋势。在相同时间条件下,试样的含水率随固化剂质量浓度增加而提高。在不同固化剂质量浓度下,粉质粘土的含水率分别为28.75%、46.32%、68.11%、7.65%和80.15%,粉质粘土的保水性能大幅度增强。 To study the reinforcement technology of clay slopes on highways under heavy rainfall conditions,a new type of clay curing agent was prepared,and the improved clays under different mass concentrations of curing agent were tested for 7-day unconfined compressive strength and soil loss rate and moisture content under rainfall conditions.The experimental results showed that:The compressive strength of the plain red clay without the curing agent was 1.21 MPa,and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength increased with the increase of the curing agent mass concentration,which were 1.32,1.52,1.68 and 1.47 MPa,respectively.When the mass concentration of the curing agent was 15%,the bearing capacity of the curing agent improved clay was the strongest,and its compressive strength increased by 38.84%,which was much higher than that of the plain red clay.The total soil loss of improved silty clay gradually increased with the increase of rainfall time,but it was negatively correlated with the curing agent mass concentration.With the increase of water evaporation time,the moisture content of the improved silty clay sample showed a gradually decreasing trend.Under the same time conditions,the moisture content of the sample increased with the increase of curing agent mass concentration.Under different mass concentrations of curing agents,the final moisture content of silty clay was 28.75%,46.32%,68.11%,7.65%and 80.15%,respectively,and the water retention performance of the silty clay was greatly enhanced.
