摘要
为研究玄武岩纤维布对受损混凝土的力学性能影响,探讨了在不同火灾环境下的混凝土力学性能演变规律,研究了玄武岩纤维布加固层数对受损混凝土力学性能影响。试验结果表明,随着环境温度的增加,混凝土的抗压强度下降速率迅速增加,在受损混凝土上铺贴玄武岩纤维布能够明显的提高混凝土的抗压强度,并且沿混凝土截面满铺玄武岩纤维布的效果较佳,并且间隔一层铺贴2层玄武岩纤维布的效果良好。因此,可以根据实际使用情况选择玄武岩纤维布的铺贴方式和加固方式。
In order to study the influence of basalt fiber cloth on the mechanical properties of damaged concrete,the evolution rules of concrete mechanical properties under different fire environments were discussed,and the influence of the number of reinforcement layers of basalt fiber cloth on the mechanical properties of damaged concrete was also studied.The test results showed that the decline rate of concrete compressive strength increased rapidly with the increase of ambient temperature.Paving basalt fiber cloth on the damaged concrete significantly improved the compressive strength of concrete,the effect was better when paving basalt fiber cloth all along the concrete section,and the effect was good when paving two layers of basalt fiber cloth every other layer.Therefore,the paving and reinforcement methods of basalt fiber cloth can be selected according to the actual situation.
