摘要
针对铁路接触网线材料受环境影响易发生老化的问题,探究环境对硅橡胶老化规律的影响。试验结果表明,针对同种硅橡胶材料,雾霾环境的破坏最为严重,其次是盐雾环境,最后是高湿度环境。试验研究的3种硅橡胶材料中,硅橡胶主体的质量分数低,氢氧化铝质量分数高的A类硅橡胶在经过高湿度环境,盐雾环境与雾霾环境电晕老化后,微观形貌保持相对完整,且表面附着物较少,不易发生污闪的情况。老化后,硅橡胶静态接触角分别下降至56.58°、50.38°和40.33°。经过8 h恢复后,其表面静态接触角均恢复至90°左右,在各种环境中均表现出良好的抗电晕老化能力。
Aiming at the problem that railway catenary wire materials are prone to aging under the influence of environment,the influence of environment on the aging law of silicone rubber was explored.The test results showed that for the same silicone rubber material,the haze environment was the most devastating,followed by the salt fog environment,and finally the high humidity environment.Among the three kinds of silicone rubber materials studied,the microscopic morphology of Class A silicone rubber with low mass fraction of the main body and high mass fraction of aluminum hydroxide remained relatively intact after corona aging in high humidity environment,salt fog environment and haze environment,and there were few surface attachments,which was not prone to pollution flashover.After aging,the static contact angle of silicone rubber decreased to 56.58°,50.38°and 40.33°respectively.After 8 h recovery,the static contact angle of its surface was restored to about 90°,and it showed good resistance to corona aging in various environments.
