公路桥梁裂缝修复用改性新材料性能测试及效果研究

摘要 针对传统混凝土桥梁裂缝修复困难的问题,提出通过改性石蜡、碳纤维布与内置钢丝网水泥砂浆板对混凝土桥梁裂缝进行协同修复。试验对工业石蜡的改性条件进行优化,研究了改性石蜡、碳纤维布与内置钢丝网水泥砂浆板对混凝土桥梁裂缝的修复效果。试验结果表明,工业石蜡∶石墨粉∶乳化剂∶环氧树脂=100∶1.5∶12∶12时,对工业石蜡的改性效果最好,在改性石蜡厚度为9 mm,侧面单面铺设2层碳纤维布,底面铺设一层内置钢丝网水泥砂浆板的条件下,桥梁混凝土开裂载荷提升至15.8 kN,破坏载荷提升至16.9 kN,裂缝的最终修复率约为32.1%,表现出良好的增韧效果和修复效果。 To solve the problem of difficult crack repair for traditional concrete bridges,a collaborative repair method using modified paraffin,carbon fiber cloth and embedded steel wire mesh cement mortar board for concrete bridge cracks was proposed.The experiment optimized the modification conditions of industrial paraffin,and then studied the repair effect of modified paraffin,carbon fiber cloth,and embedded steel wire mesh cement mortar board on concrete bridge cracks.The experimental results showed that the modification effect of industrial paraffin was the best when the ratio of industrial paraffin∶graphite powder∶emulsifier∶epoxy resin was 100∶1.5∶12∶12.Under the condition of modified paraffin with a thickness of 9 mm,two layers of carbon fiber cloth on one side and one layer of embedded steel wire mesh cement mortar board on the bottom,the cracking load of bridge concrete increased to 15.8 kN,and the failure load increased to 16.9 kN,and the final repair rate of cracks was about 32.1%,showing good toughening and repair effects.
