合成氨尾气回收技术制取LNG工艺流程优化研究

摘要 叙述了合成氨尾气回收制取液化天然气(LNG)的研究进展和工艺技术,针对传统工艺流程系统稳定性差、能耗高的缺点,提出了原料气压缩、水洗、干燥、液氨预冷和液化分离系统的改进流程,并对相关工艺参数给出了说明;系统分析了合成氨尾气回收制备LNG的成本和经济效益。结果表明,改进的工艺流程既能解决合成氨尾气的零排放问题,又可将尾气转化为LNG产品,提高了合成氨尾气的利用价值,预计每年可收入高达5488万元,具有很高的经济效益。项目的实施为合成氨尾气的回收利用提供了理论技术指导,也为我国实现“碳中和、碳达峰”的目标奠定了基础。 This paper describes in detail the research progress and process technology of LNG production from synthetic ammonia tail gas recovery.In view of the shortcomings of poor stability and high energy consumption of the traditional process system,an improved process of raw gas compression,washing,drying,liquid ammonia precooling and liquefaction separation system was proposed,and relevant process parameters were described.The cost and economic benefit of LNG production from ammonia tail gas recovery were analyzed systematically.The results showed that the improved process not only solved the problem of zero emission of synthetic ammonia exhaust gas,but also converted the tail gas into LNG products,improved the utilization value of synthetic ammonia tailgas.It was estimated that the annual income could reach 5488 million yuan,which had high economic benefits.The implementation of this project provided theoretical and technical guidance for the recovery and utilization of synthetic ammonia tail gas,and also laid a foundation for China to achieve the goal of“carbon neutrality and carbon peak”.
