基于嵌入式单片机桥式同心分层注水一体化测调监测研究

摘要 针对桥式同心分层注水一体化测调监测数据含噪较多,导致最终监测精度较低的问题,提出基于嵌入式单片机的桥式同心分层注水一体化测调监测技术。依据桥式同心分层注水工艺的基本原理,计算分注井的井斜角度,采用嵌入式单片机采集井下监测数据,并引入中值滤波技术对数据进行优化处理,以获取高质量的数据,通过计算测调产出通道的测调极差对测调进行评价,进而实现测调监测。对比实验结果表明,所提方法对于桥式同心分层注水一体化测调具有较高的监测精度。 In order to solve the problem of high noise in the integrated measurement and monitoring data of bridge type concentric layered water injection,resulting in low final monitoring accuracy,a bridge type concentric layered water injection integrated measurement and monitoring technology based on embedded microcontroller was proposed.According to the basic principle of the bridge type concentric layered water injection process,the well inclination angle of the split injection well was calculated,the embedded microcontroller was used to collect underground monitoring data,and the median filtering technology was introduced to optimize data to obtain high-quality data.By calculating range of the measurement and adjustment output channel,the measurement and adjustment were evaluated,and the monitoring was realized.The comparative experimental results showed that the proposed method had high monitoring accuracy for the integrated measurement and adjustment of bridge type concentric layered water injection.
