基于动态规划的分布式光伏发电容量优化技术

摘要 根据时域频谱计算当前配电网内光伏发电容量需求数值,将需求数值作为输入,以分布式光伏发电容量在配电网内联络线的功率波动方差、功率均值作为,目标构建分布式光伏发电容量优化模型,采用自适应动态规划算法求解分布式光伏发电容量优化模型,实现分布式光伏发电容量的优化。实验结果表明,该方法计算配电网当前所需的分布式光伏发电容量数值最大偏差仅为0.003 MW,可有效提升配电网内分布式光伏发电总容量。 According to the time-domain spectrum,the demand value of the current photovoltaic power generation capacity in the distribution network was calculated,the demand value was taken as the input,the power fluctuation variance and power average value of the contact line in the distribution network of the distributed photovoltaic power generation capacity were taken as the objective to construct the distributed photovoltaic power generation capacity optimization model,and the adaptive dynamic programming algorithm was used to solve the distributed photovoltaic power generation capacity optimization model to realize the optimization of distributed photovoltaic power generation capacity.The experimental results showed that the maximum deviation of the current distributed photovoltaic generation capacity calculated by the proposed methodwas only 0.003 MW,which can effectively improve the total capacity of distributed photovoltaic power generation in the distribution network.
