摘要
目的分析处方前置审核系统在静脉药物集中调配中心(以下简称静配中心)医嘱审核中的应用价值。方法医院从2020年7月开始应用处方前置审核系统,比较其应用前(2020年1月—2020年6月,对照组)和应用后(2021年1月—2021年6月,观察组)医嘱审核情况,并随机选取这2个时间段静配中心医务工作人员各20名,调查其满意度。结果观察组不合理医嘱数占比为0.20%,明显低于对照组的0.73%(P<0.05);观察组遴选溶媒不适宜、输液浓度不适宜、医嘱录入错误、给药途径不适宜、给药剂量不适宜和配伍禁忌发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组处方审核率(100.00%)明显高于对照组的90.65%(P<0.05);观察组人员满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论处方前置审核系统的应用可有效减少静配中心不合理医嘱事件的发生,提高处方审核率,改善医嘱审核质量,提高人员满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of pre-prescription review system in medical order review of pharmacy intravenous admixture services.Methods The pre-prescription review system had been applied in the hospital since July 2020.Medical order review was compared before(from January to June 2020,control group)and after(from January to June 2021,observation group)the application.20 medical staff were randomly selected from each time period to investigate their satisfaction.Results The proportion of unreasonable medical orders in the observation group was 0.20%,significantly lower than 0.73%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of unsuitable solvent selection,unsuitable infusion concentration,incorrect records of medical orders,unsuitable administration method,unsuitable dosage and incompatibility in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The prescription review rate in the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 90.65%in the control group(P<0.05),and satisfaction was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pre-prescription review system can effectively reduce the occurrence of unreasonable medical orders in pharmacy intravenous admixture services,and improve prescription review rate,review quality of medical orders and staff’s satisfaction.
