以非能动冷却通道为热阱的主控室可居留性系统研究

摘要 日本福岛核电站事故使核电设计者认识到只靠能动设备的冗余设计无法保证核电站的安全,而采用非能动的冷却方式可以提高主控室最终热阱的可靠性和稳定性,以保证主控室的可居留性。研发一种更加安全、可靠、成本低的主控室非能动冷却系统是目前核电技术发展的目标之一。本文提出的以非能动冷却通道为热阱的方式,依托自然通风原理,可安全、可靠地将主控室余热排出,可以以较小的工程成本实现主控室全厂断电后的可居留性。以某核电站主控室为研究对象,通过建立数学模型确定了实现其可行性的系统设计参数,同时对以非能动冷却通道为热阱的主控室在全厂断电事故后的环境温度进行了分析,验证了主控室的可居留性,证明了该设计方案的合理性。 The Fukushima nuclear power plant accident in Japan makes nuclear power designers realize that the safety of the nuclear power plant cannot be guaranteed only by the redundant design of active equipment,but the use of passive cooling will improve the reliability and stability of the final heat sink in the main control room,so as to ensure the feasibility of the residence of the main control room.The development of a safer,more reliable and low-cost passive cooling system for the main control room is one of the goals of the development of the current nuclear power technology.In this paper,the passive cooling channel as heat sink is described,relying on the principle of natural ventilation,it can safely and reliably remove the residual heat of the main control room,and realize the habitability of the main control room after power failure of the whole plant depending on a low engineering cost.Taking the main control room of a nuclear power plant as the research object,a mathematical model is established to determine the system design parameters to realize its feasibility in this paper.At the same time,the ambient temperature of the main control room is analysed with the passive cooling channel as the heat sink on the condition of the power failure accident of the whole plant,the habitability of the main control room is verified,and the rationality of the design scheme is proved.
