基于信息粒化与模糊规则的烧结过程工况感知

摘要 铁矿石烧结过程是铁前炉料制备的主要工序。烧结矿的质量对高炉冶炼有直接影响。工况是烧结过程燃烧状态的综合体现,而稳定的工况也是提升烧结矿质量的前提。因此,实现烧结过程工况感知对实际生产具有重要的指导意义。提出一种基于信息粒化与模糊规则的烧结过程工况感知方法,利用皮尔逊相关性分析方法对烧结过程参数进行分析,对工况感知模型输入参数的时间序列数据进行信息粒化,构建模糊规则模型,进而实现烧结过程的工况感知,并基于工业实际运行数据对所提出工况感知模型进行验证。试验结果表明,所构建的工况感知模型能够有效的感知工况,可为烧结过程优化决策提供依据和参考。 The sintering process of iron ore is the main process of pre-iron charge preparation.The quality of sinter has a direct bearing on blast furnace smelting.The working condition is the comprehensive embodiment of the combustion regime of the sintering process,and the stable working condition is also the premise of improving the quality of sinter.Therefore,the working condition perception of the sintering process is instructional for actual production.A working condition perception method of the sintering process based on information granulation and fuzzy rules is proposed.Firstly,the Pearson correlation analysis method is used to analyze the parameters of the sintering process,and the input parameters of the working condition-aware model are selected.Then,the information granulation of the time series data of each input parameter is carried out,and the fuzzy rule model is constructed by using the obtained information granulation,so as to realize the working condition perception of the sintering process.Finally,based on the actually industrial operation data,the proposed working condition perception model is verified.The results show that the working condition perception model constructed in this paper can effectively perceive the working condition,which can provide a basis and reference for the optimized decision of the sintering process.
