摘要
工艺设计的合理性与先进性是球团厂达产达效的根本,而工艺模拟可让设计者对工艺系统中的质量流与能量流以及两者间的相互影响关系的认识更加清晰明了。基于球团料层热质传输模型开发了链箅机—回转窑和带式焙烧机两种工艺模拟流程,并详细阐述了两种工艺模拟流程的步骤、控制策略以及应用方向,同时给出了实例流程的模拟结果以及与球团试验结果的对比。对比结果说明,模拟工艺可以使工艺设计从经验化转变到数字化,可为工艺优化和生产操作提供指导。
Advanced and reasonable process design is the essential for a pelletizing plant to achieve production and efficiency.Understanding the heat&mass flow and its interaction can be more clearly utilizing process simulation.Based on bed mass-heat transfer models,the process simulation packages for grate-kiln and straight grate iron ore pelletizing systems are developed.The steps,essential control strategy and algorithm for simulation,as well as its applications,are described in the paper.Furthermore,the simulation examples as well as the comparisons with dedicated laboratory testing results for the illustrated typical grate-kiln and straight grate process are given in the paper.The comparison results show that the process simulation not only can transform process design from empirical to digital,but also can provide guidance for process optimization and production operation.
