摘要
烧结机漏风严重影响着烧结生产过程的各项经济技术指标,其会导致通过料层的有效风量减少,造成烧结矿产、质量指标变差,风机电耗增大。为了实时监测烧结机漏风、为漏风治理提供及时指导,基于氧平衡法设计了一套烧结漏风在线监测系统。该系统通过氧化锆测氧仪采集不同烧结烟气监测点的氧体积分数,基于Visual Studio平台搭建了漏风率计算模型,实现了烧结系统不同区间的漏风率实时监测与异常告警。通过分析烧结机漏风的关键因素与部位,结合及时堵漏和系统检修,烧结全系统漏风率由40.72%降至34.15%,降低了6.57%,达到了国内先进水平,促进了烧结低碳绿色发展。
The air leakage of the sintering machine seriously affects the economic and technical indicators during the sintering production process,which will lead to the reduction of the effective air volume through the bed of material,the deterioration of the sintering minerals and quality indicators,and the increase of the fan power consumption.In order to monitor the air leakage of the sintering machine in real time and provide timely guidance for the air leakage control,an online monitoring system for sintering air leakage is designed based on the oxygen balance method.The oxygen content of different sintering fume monitoring points is collected through the zirconia oxygen meter,and a calculation model of the air leakage rate is built based on the Visual Studio platform,which realizes the real-time monitoring of the air leakage rate and abnormal alarm in different sections of the sintering system.By analyzing the key factors and parts of air leakage of the sintering machine,combined with timely leak plugging and system maintenance,the air leakage rate of the whole sintering system is decreased from 40.72%to 34.15%,a decrease of 6.57%,reaching the domestic advanced level and promoting the low-carbon and green development of sintering.
