超高速管道磁浮系统示范线比选评价体系研究

摘要 研究以超高速管道磁浮系统示范线建设的综合比选为目的,通过深入剖析超高速管道磁浮系统的需求特征和功能定位,构建示范线工程综合评价指标体系。其中,包括3个一级指标,即社会经济、工程建设和运营效果;11个二级指,即国家政策与战略、社会经济发展水平、人口规模、国土空间及区域规划、地形地貌特征、环境保护影响、工程投资规模、时空效果、节省时间社会价值分析、车站设置与交通衔接、客运量水平。同时,将所有指标量化分级,采用层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的方法进行模型标定。研究选取当前最具备建设条件的6条示范线进行指标量化比选评价,科学客观地提出我国示范线优先建设建议。 This paper is aimed at making a comprehensive comparison on the construction of ultra-high speed pipeline maglev system demonstration line.Based on the in-depth analysis of demand characteristics and function positioning of the ultra-high speed pipeline maglev system,this study established the comprehensive evaluation index system of the demonstration line project.The system includes 3 first-level indicators:social economy,project construction and operation effect,and 11 second-level indicators:national policies and strategies,social and economic development level,population size,territorial space and regional planning,topographic and geomorphic features,environmental protection impact,project investment scale,travel time,social values on saving travel time,station setting and traffic connection,passenger volume level.All indexes were quantified and graded,and the model was calibrated by combining chromatography and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Six demonstration lines that meet the construction requirements were selected for index quantification and comparative evaluation.The priority construction suggestions of demonstration lines were then proposed scientifically and objectively.
