抗氧化涂层对TA32钛合金连接件疲劳性能的影响

摘要 对涂覆抗氧化涂层的TA32钛合金连接件进行550℃×100 h热处理,研究抗氧化涂层对TA32钛合金连接件疲劳性能、疲劳寿命、显微组织和断口形貌的影响。结果表明:室温下抗氧化涂层能减轻对TA32钛合金连接件疲劳性能的不利影响;在600℃下抗氧化涂层能提升TA32钛合金连接件的疲劳性能。这是因为室温下抗氧化涂层引入的残余应力抑制了位错反向滑移形成的疲劳裂纹,延长了疲劳寿命;在600℃下起到了抗高温氧化的作用,抑制了疲劳裂纹萌生,提高了疲劳寿命。 TA32 Ti alloy connectors coated with anti-oxidation coating were heat treated at 550℃×100 h,and the effects of anti-oxidation coating on fatigue performance,fatigue life,microstructure and fracture morphology of TA32 Ti alloy connectors were investigated.The results show that the anti-oxidation coating can reduce the adverse effects on the fatigue properties of TA32 Ti alloy connectors at room temperature.The anti-oxidation coating can improve the fatigue performance of TA32 Ti alloy connectors at 600℃.This is because the residual stress introduced by the anti-oxidation coating at room temperature inhibits the fatigue cracks formed by the reverse slip of the dislocation and prolongates the fatigue life.At 600℃,it has the effect of resisting high temperature oxidation,restraining fatigue crack initiation and increasing fatigue life.
