摘要
用选区激光熔化成形方法在不同激光功率下制备了CeB6/AlSi10Mg合金,借助激光共聚焦检测仪、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和万能试验机研究了合金表面的显微组织、粗糙度、致密度和力学性能。结果表明:当激光能量密度为64.81 J/mm3时,合金表面的显微组织缺陷最少,三维表面粗糙度最小,致密度最大。添加CeB6有利于提高合金的微结构。在合适的成形参数下,添加CeB6的AlSi10Mg合金的抗拉强度明显高于未添加的AlSi10Mg合金。
CeB_(6)/AlSi10Mg alloy was prepared by selective laser melting at different laser power.The surface morphology,roughness,density and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by laser confocal detector,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and universal testing machine.The results show that when the laser energy density is 64.81 J/mm3,the surface microstructure of the alloy has the least defects,the three⁃dimensional surface roughness is the smallest,and the density is the largest.CeB_(6) is beneficial to improve the microstructure of the alloy.Under appropriate forming parameters,the tensile strength of AlSi10Mg alloy with CeB_(6) addition is significantly higher than that without CeB_(6) addition.
