中国式现代化视域下基层治理路径研究

Research on the Path of Grassroots Governance from the Perspective of Chinese-style Modernization

随着中国式现代化的不断推进,基层治理成为备受关注的焦点。基层治理在现代化进程中起到重要支撑作用,现代化为基层治理发展提供强劲动力。改革开放40多年来,我国基层治理事业取得长足进步。然而,在中国式现代化背景下,基层治理还面临许多问题与挑战,具体表现为基层组织能力不足、公众参与度较低、信息透明度不够、法制环境有待完善。应通过加强基层组织建设、实现信息公开透明化、加大政策执行力度、保证司法独立公正等路径,推进中国式现代化视域下的基层治理现代化。

With the continuous advancement of Chinese-style modernization,grassroots governance has become the focus of attention.Grassroots governance plays an important supporting role in the process of modernization,while modernization provides a strong driving force for the development of grassroots governance.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s grassroots governance has made great progress.However,under the backdrop of Chinese-style modernization,grassroots governance still faces many problems and challenges.The specific manifestations are insufficient capacity of grassroots organizations,low public participation,inadequate information transparency,and imperfect legal environment.This article suggests strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations,realizing information openness and transparency,enhancing policy implementation,and ensuring judicial independence and impartiality,so as to promote the modernization of grassroots governance from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization.
