Research on Rural Governance Issues in the Context of “Integration of Three Policies”

乡村治理能力与乡村振兴战略的发展密切相关。在“三治融合”背景下,本文梳理“三治融合”的相关概念,从自治、法治、德治三个角度分析当前乡村治理存在的问题,并提出在乡村治理中应该坚持党的领导,进行多元治理、依法治村,创新治理路径。

Rural governance capacity is closely related to the development of rural revitalization strategies.In the context of the“integration of the three policies”of governance,this paper sorts out the concepts related to the“Integration of the Three Policies”,and analyzes the current problems in rural governance from the three perspectives of autonomy,rule of law,and morality.Then,this paper proposes that in rural governance,it is essential to adhere to the Party’s leadership,diverse governance,and rule of law in the village,and make innovation on the path of governance.
