社会偏好视角下我国高校知识型人才激励问题研究

摘要 知识型人才是知识资本的载体,知识资本是知识经济的第一资本。知识型人才激励问题是驱动知识经济发展的首要问题。高校作为知识型人才汇集和培养的重要阵地,源源不断地为社会输送高质量人才,人才驱动和激励对高校人才培养整体质量的提升会产生重要作用。目前高校知识型人才激励的研究主要局限于管理学领域,以个体偏好为前提,存在一定的局限性。社会偏好包括政治认同、价值观、公平感、正义感、幸福感等要素,对知识型人才激励效率存在着现实的影响。在当前环境下,我国高校知识型人才激励的研究应在如下方向继续深化:重构高校知识型人才的人性假设,深化高校知识型人才创造力的心理能力阐析,深入解析政治认同、价值观、公平感、正义感、幸福感对高校知识型人才及知识型团队创造力的激励效应。不过,在社会偏好视角下,高校知识型人才激励的研究仍需解决若干枢纽性问题。 Knowledge-based talents are the carrier of knowledge capital,the first capital of knowledge economy.The incentive of knowledge-based talents is the primary problem that drives the development of knowledge economy.As an important place for the collection and training of knowledge-based talents,colleges and universities continuously provide high-quality talents for the society.Talent drive and incentive will play an important role in improving the overall quality of talent training in colleges and universities.At present,the research on knowledge-based talents in universities is mainly limited to the field of management,and there are some limitations on the premise of individual preference.Social preference includes political identity,values,sense of fairness,sense of justice,happiness and other elements,which has a realistic impact on the incentive efficiency of knowledge-based talents.In the current environment,the study of the university intellectual talent incentive should continue to deepen in the following directions:reconstructing the human hypothesis of intellectual talents,deepening the psychological ability of intellectual talent creativity analysis,and deeply analyzing the incentive effect of political identity,values,fairness,sense of justice,and happiness on the creativity of college knowledge talents and knowledge teams.However,from the perspective of social preference,there are still some pivotal problems lying in the research of knowledge-based talents in universities and colleges.
