沙滩飞盘公共体育课程开发研究——以浙江海洋大学为例

沙滩飞盘是一项融合了海洋体育和极限飞盘等多个元素的运动项目,只要了解飞盘运动相关规则,掌握基础飞盘运动技能,便能参与其中。沙滩飞盘简单易学,是一项既有娱乐性,又具备竞技性的创新型体育项目。它所具有的观赏性、对抗性、安全性等特点,符合高校公共体育教学的基本要求,能够对高校公共体育课程作出有效补充。浙江海洋大学是一所以海洋体育为特色的高校,已开展沙滩足球、沙滩排球、水中健身等海洋体育类课程,学校在师资教材建设、人才培养以及教学内容管理等方面都有较好的成绩。雄厚的教师资源、完善的场地资源、良好的学生基础以及学校的政策支持等,为学校开设沙滩飞盘公共体育课程奠定了良好的基础。该文围绕沙滩飞盘的项目特性,结合学校特点,对学校开发沙滩飞盘公共体育课程展开研究,并制订适合大学生的教学方案以及考核方法等,从而为沙滩飞盘公共体育课程的开展提供坚实的理论基础。

Beach frisbee is a sport that combines elements such as ocean sports and ultimate frisbee,and as long as you understand the relevant rules of frisbee and master the basic skills of frisbee,you can participate in it.It is easy to learn,and it is an innovative sport that is both entertaining and competitive.Its ornamental,antagonistic,security and other characteristics meet the basic requirements of public physical education in colleges and universities,and can make an effective supplement to public physical education curricula in colleges and universities.Zhejiang Ocean University is a university featuring marine sports,it has developed marine sports courses such as beach football,beach volleyball and underwater fitness and has achieved good results in teaching material construction,personnel training and teaching content management,and strong teacher resources,perfect venue resources,good student foundation and the school's policy support have laid a good foundation for the school to open the public physical education curriculum on beach frisbee.Focusing on the project characteristics of beach frisbee,combined with the characteristics of the school,this paper studies the development of the public physical education curriculum on beach frisbee,and formulates the teaching plan and examination method suitable for college students, so as to provide a solid theoretical foundation for thedevelopment of the public physical education course on beach frisbee.
