Status and Analysis of the Featherweight Swing in the 2022 UFC

UFC是综合格斗中的巅峰赛事,吸引了众多选手和观众的关注。该文以2022年UFC羽量级中运动员摆拳技术的运用情况为研究对象,采用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法,对运动员拳法战术的运用进行全面分析,并提出相应的方法与建议。通过对各技术运用的分析,得出结论:(1)在拳、腿、摔技术整体使用中,拳法使用次数较多,腿法其次,摔法较少;摔法使用率低,但成功率较高,其次是拳法和腿法。(2)在拳法使用对比上,直拳和摆拳使用频率最高,远高于其他拳法的运用次数;在击打成功率上,鞭拳成功率较高。(3)运动员在整体技术运用次数与有效击打次数上呈正相关,运用次数多,有效击打次数就多,反之相反。该文就研究结论提出了教学训练专业实践建议,以期促进综合格斗技术的发展,并为教练员和运动员提供一定的理论参考。

The UFC is a pinnacle of mixed martial arts,and it attracts the attention of many fighters and audience.This paper takes the application of fighters'swing techniques in the featherweight division in in the 2022 UFC as the research object,uses the literature method,video observation method and mathematical statistics method to make a comprehensive analysis of the use of fighters'punching techniques and tactics,and puts forward corresponding methods and suggestions.Through the analysis of the application of each technique,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)In the overall use of punching,leg and wrestling techniques,punching techniques were used often,followed by leg techniques and wrestling techniques.The use rate of wrestling techniques was low,but the success rate was high,followed by punching and leg techniques.(2)In terms of the comparison of the use of punching techniques,the frequency of the use of straight punches and swing punches was highest,which was far higher than that of other punching techniques. In terms of punching success rate, spin punches had higher success rate. (3) There was a positivecorrelation between the number of the use of fighters' overall techniques and the number of effective punches, and themore times used, the more effective punches. The opposite was true. Based on the research conclusions, this paper putsforward suggestions for the professional practice of teaching and training, in order to promote the development of mixedmartial arts technology and provide some theoretical reference for coaches and fighters.
