四川文理学院体育专业学生就业竞争力提升策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Employment Competitiveness of Students Majoring in Physical Education in Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences

随着“十四五”就业促进规划政策的实施,高校毕业生就业问题日益受到关注。该文以四川文理学院体育专业学生为研究对象,探讨在新的政策背景下如何提升其就业竞争力。该研究采用实地调查的方法,收集相关数据并进行分析。研究发现,四川文理学院体育专业学生的就业竞争力受到多种因素的影响,包括个人素质、课程设置、实践教学、创新创业教育等。针对这些问题,提出一系列提升策略,包括加强职业规划指导、提高综合素质、加强职业技能培训、推动校企合作等。这些策略的实施有助于提高四川文理学院体育专业学生的就业竞争力,为他们的未来职业发展打下坚实的基础。

With the implementation of the employment promotion planning policy in the"14th Five-Year Plan",the employment problem of college graduates has become more and more concerned.With students majoring in physical education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science as research objects,this paper discusses how to enhance their employment competitiveness under the new policy background.This study uses the field survey method to collect relevant data and analyze it.It is found that the employment competitiveness of students majoring in physical education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science is affected by many factors,including personal quality,curriculum setting,practical teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship education,etc.In view of these problems,a series of promotion strategies are put forward,including strengthening career planning guidance,improving comprehensive quality,strengthening vocational skill training,promoting school-enterprise cooperation,etc.The implementation of these strategies will help to improve the employment competitiveness of students majoring in physical education in Sichuan University of Arts and Science,and lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
