摘要
目的:为湖北省五人制足球裁判员发展提供理论支撑。方法:通过文献资料法、问卷调查等方法,对湖北省内参与过五人制足球比赛执裁的足球裁判员进行调查研究。研究结果和结论:湖北省五人制足球裁判员发展建设面临着裁判员地区分布不均,裁判的职业较为固定、存在流失性,裁判员队伍年龄结构不合理,裁判员资质不足、执裁能力较弱、执裁年限较短,缺乏赛事执裁机会等问题。为促进湖北省五人制裁判员队伍发展,建议推动全区域五人制裁判员队伍常态化建设,合理实施裁判职业化,完善年龄结构;建设五人制足球裁判员队伍梯队,加大培训力度,提升五人制裁判员能力;打造赛事,提供执裁机会。
Objective:To provide theoretical support for the development of futsal referees in Hubei Province.Methods:Through the literature method,questionnaire survey method and other methods,football referees who have participated in futsal match refereeing in Hubei Province are investigated and studied.Research results and conclusions:The development and construction of futsal referees in Hubei Province face problems,for example,the regional distribution of referees is uneven,the profession of referees is relatively fixed with attrition,the age structure of referees is unreasonable,and referees lack qualifications,have the weak referee ability and the short refereeing period and lack opportunities for match refereeing.In order to promote the development of the futsal referee team in Hubei Province,it is recommended to promote the normalized construction of the futsal referee team in the whole region to rationally implement the professionalization of referees and improve the age structure,build the echelon of the futsal referee team to increase training effors and improve the ability of futsal referees,and create events to provide refereeing opportunities.
