大学生体质健康研究全景图谱:脉络、主题与前瞻

Panoramic Map of Research on College Students'Physical Health:The Context,Theme and Prospect

为厘清大学生体质健康发展的掣肘因素,该研究以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的2857篇“大学生体质健康”主题文献为研究对象,利用文献计量工具绘制科学知识图谱,进而揭示该领域的演进趋势。结果显示,大学生体质健康研究历经初始探索(1987—2003年)、快速拓展(2004—2014年)、深化成熟(2015至今)3个演进阶段,各阶段研究侧重点由“大学生体质健康”转变为“体质健康测试标准”,进而演化至“体质健康促进”。研究主题主要体现在大学生体质健康测试标准、体质现状与成因分析、体质健康促进策略3个方面。未来应完善体质测试项目及反馈,深化体育课程一体化建设,夯实体育素养的培养路径。

To clarify the constraints of the healthy development of university students'physical fitness,this study takes 2,857 articles on the theme of"university students'physical fitness"from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database as research objects,uses bibliometric tools to draw a scientific knowledge graph,and then reveals the evolution trends in this field.The results indicate that research on university students'physical fitness has gone through three stages:the initial exploration stage(1987—2003),the rapid expansion stage(2004—2014)and the deepening and mature stage(2015—present),and the focus of research at each stage has shifted from"university students'physical fitness"to"physical fitness testing standards"and then to"physical fitness promotion."Research themes are main‐lyreflected in three aspects:the physical fitness testing standards,analysis of physical fitness status and causes,and strategies for promoting physical fitness of university students.In the future,it is necessary to improve physical fitness testing items and feedback,deepen the integrated construction of physical education courses,and consolidate the path to cultivate physical literacy.
