浅谈EV电池SoC估算和电流检测需求

摘要 随着新能源电动汽车的续航问题逐渐受到市场的关注,如何针对复杂的电池内部机理以及多变的车辆运行工况,准确估算电池荷电状态(Stateof charge,SoC),最终提高车辆性能及延长使用寿命电池迫在眉睫。本文通过对电池SoC估计方法的分类汇总,实现对各类SOC估算方法性能的对比,并在此基础之上,总结传感器检测性能的优劣对电动汽车电池组的稳定性和可靠性的直接影响,并介绍了具有SOC估算的电流传感器,对优化传统的电池充放电方式,延长电池使用寿命,节约能源具有重要意义。 As the range problem of new energy electric vehicles gradually attracts the attention of the market,how to accurately estimate the battery charge state(State of charge,Soc)according to the complex battery internal mechanism and changeable vehicle operating conditions,and finally improve the vehicle performance and extend the service life of the battery is imminent.In this paper through the classification of battery soC estimation method,realize the performance of all kinds of soc estimation method comparison,and on this basis,summarizes the performance of the sensor on the stability and reliability of electric vehicle battery pack,and introduces the soC estimated current sensor,to optimize the traditional battery charge and discharge mode,prolong the battery life,save energy is of great significance.
