基于CiteSpace的康养旅游研究热点与前沿趋势分析

Hot Spots and Cutting Edge Trends in CiteSpace based Research on Wellness Tourism

随着全球人口老龄化的加速发展及大众健康意识的提高,康养旅游行业受到各界的广泛关注,并取得了积极的研究进展和实践探索。以WebofScience核心数据库、中国知网核心数据库为数据来源,检索2000—2023年有关康养旅游研究主题的相关文献,并应用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,得到如下研究结论:2000-2023年关于康养旅游中英文文献数量总体呈上升趋势;地区影响力方面,英格兰地区是康养旅游研究领先的地区,具有较高的学术影响力,其次是美国,我国发文量虽然较多,但学术影响力仍有待提高;中文文献研究的热点领域主要集中在中医药旅游、森林康养旅游与特色小镇、康养旅游者、融合发展,以及乡村旅游与乡村振兴方面,英文文献研究的热点领域主要集中在医疗卫生系统、旅游目的地形象与游客意图决策研究和结构性变化的方面。未来该领域应较多关注旅游目的地形象与游客意图决策研究,以及医疗旅游对社会的影响效应等。

With the accelerated development of global population aging and the improvement of public health awareness,the health tourism industry has received widespread attention from all walks of life,and has made positive research progress and practical exploration.In order to explore the key cutting-edge issues in the development of health tourism and provide reference for future research in this field,on February 22,2023,relevant literature on health tourism research topics from 2000 to 2023 was searched using the WOS core collection database and the core collection from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database as data sources.A total of 499 English literature and 242 Chinese literature were obtained.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the selected Chinese and English literature,The following research conclusions have been drawn:from 2000 to 2023,the overall number of Chinese and English literature on health tourism showed an upward trend.In terms of regional influence,England plays a leading role in health tourism research with high academic influence,followed by the United States and Germany.Although China has a large number of publications,its academic influence still needs to be improved.The hot areas and frontiers of Chinese literature research mainly focus on traditional Chinese medicine tourism,forest health tourism and featured towns,health tourists,integrated development,and rural tourism and rural revitalization.The hot areas of English literature research mainly focus on medical and health systems,tourism destination image and tourist intention and decision-making,and structural changes.In the future,more attention will be paid to the characteristics and advantages of tourism destination image and tourists'intention and decision-making,as well as the impact of medical tourism on society.
