基于数据挖掘探究针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征腧穴配伍规律 被引量:1

Research on Compatibility Regularity of Acupoints of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on Data Mining

摘要 目的:采用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的腧穴配伍规律。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方知识数据平台、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)及PubMed自建库至2022年9月公开发表的针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究文献。采用Microsoft Excel 2022表格建立数据库后进行标准化处理,并对数据进行描述性分析;采用SPSS Modeler18.0 Apriori算法进行关联规则分析并绘制高频腧穴网络图;采用SPSS Statistics 25.0进行组间聚类分析并绘制冰柱图和树状图。结果:共纳入文献67篇,涉及98个针灸处方、83个腧穴,总腧穴应用频次为739次。应用频次前4位的腧穴为关元、三阴交、天枢和足三里;频次前3位的经脉为足阳明胃经、任脉和足太阳膀胱经;应用腧穴多分布于腹部和下肢;特定穴多选取募穴和背俞穴;关联规则显示支持度最高的腧穴组合为关元-中极;前20位高频腧穴可分为3个有效聚类群。结论:针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征重在调理脾胃,不忘疏肝补肾,组方以关元、三阴交、天枢、足三里为主,并辨证辅以化痰、活血、养血之腧穴以提高临床疗效。 Objective:To apply the compatibility regularity of acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion for obese polycystic ovary syndrome based on data mining.Methods:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,Wanfang Knowledge Service Platform,VIP database(VIP)and PubMed were searched for clinical research literature on the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome published from the establishment of the database to September 2022.By using Microsoft Excel 2022,a database was established for standardization and to conduct descriptive analysis of the data.SPSS Modeler18.0 Apriori algorithm was used for association rule analysis and drawing of high-frequency point co-occurrence network diagram.SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used for intergroup clustering analysis and to draw ice column and tree charts.Results:A total of 67 articles were included,involving 98 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions,83 acupoints,and 739 times of application frequency of total acupoints.The acupoints of top four application frequency were Guanyuan point(RN 4),Sanyinjiao point(SP 6),Tianshu point(ST 25),and Zusanli point(ST 36);The channels with top three frequency were the foot yangming stomach channel,ren mai,and the foot taiyang bladder channel.Applied acupoints were mostly distributed in the abdomen and lower limbs;Specific acupoints were mostly front-mu point and back-shu point.The association rule showed that the acupoint combination with the highest support is Guanyuan-Zhongji.The top 20 highfrequency acupoints can be divided into three effective clustering groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion for obese polycystic ovary syndrome focuses on regulating the spleen and stomach,and also soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney.The prescription combination is mainly composed of Guanyuan point(RN 4),Tianshu point(ST 25),and Zusanli point(ST 36),and the syndrome differentiation is supplemented by acupuncture points for resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood to improve clinical effects.
