摘要
随着浅阅读、娱乐化阅读、消费性阅读等形式流于表面,大学生的阅读行为打上了后现代主义的标签。因此,以当代大学生的阅读焦虑情绪和行为表现为出发点,通过深度访谈和扎根理论的研究方法分析大学生阅读焦虑的形成机制和驱动因素显得尤为重要。研究表明:大学生阅读焦虑情绪的产生受到社会背景、群体组织、信息环境等外力因素影响的同时也受到个体信息接收能力、性格特质、抗压能力等内在机体素养的影响。大学生群体在外力和内力双重因素影响下产生不同程度的焦虑情绪反应以及引发后续的焦虑行为表现。通过扎根理论建构的理论模型有助于掌握大学生群体的焦虑情绪及其驱动因子和变化机制,以此为基准的行动策略有助于提升大学生的阅读效率、改善其阅读焦虑情绪、提升其阅读兴趣,并为推动全民阅读提供助力。
With the superficial forms of light reading,entertainment reading and consumer reading,college students’reading behavior has been labeled as postmodernism.Therefore,taking the reading anxiety and behavior of contemporary college students as the starting point,it is particularly important to analyze the formal mechanism of college students’reading anxiety through in-depth interviews and grounded theoretical research methods.Studies have shown that the production of reading anxiety among college students is not only affected by external factors such as social background,group organization,and information environment,but also is affected by internal physical qualities such as individual information reception ability,personality traits,and stress resistance.Under the influence of external and internal forces,college students will have different degrees of anxiety and subsequent anxiety behavior.The theoretical model constructed by taking root in the theory can help to deeply grasp the anxiety of college students,its driving factors and change mechanisms,and the action strategy based on this can help improve the college students,reading efficiency,improve their reading anxiety,enhance their reading interest,and provide assistance for promoting reading for all.
