超声中药雾化熏蒸治疗对结直肠癌患者早期康复的影响

Influence of ultrasonic aerosol fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine on early recovery of patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨超声中药雾化熏蒸治疗对结直肠癌患者早期康复的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年5月—12月山东大学齐鲁医院60例接受直肠癌及乙状结肠癌手术的患者作为研究对象。试验组接受复方黄柏液超声中药雾化熏蒸治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,比较2组早期康复指标的差异。结果超声中药雾化熏蒸治疗组患者术后肛门肿坠胀感、术后肛门渗液时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后住院时间均优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肛门肿坠胀感术后第1天至第4天与术后第6天比较差异有统计学意义,肛门肿坠胀感组间交互比较,术后第1天和第3天肛门肿坠胀感较对照组有显著减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后留置肛管时间、术后排便时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声中药雾化熏蒸治疗减轻了结直肠癌患者术后肛周不适感,缩短了结直肠癌术后病程,促进了患者术后早期康复,为临床上推广提供了循证依据。

Objective:To investigate the influence of ultrasonic aerosol fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine on early recovery of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,60 patients who underwent colorectal and sigmoid cancer surgery from May to December 2022 in the colorectal and anal surgery department of a GradeIII hospital were selected as the study objects.The experimental group were treated with ultrasonic fumigation with compound yellow cypress liquid and the control group were treated with conventional treatment.The difference of early rehabilitation indexes between the two groups was compared.Results:The sense of anal swelling and distension,the time of anal fluid seepage,the first time of getting out of bed,the first time of exhaust gas,the time of urinary catheter indentation and the time of hospital stay in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical difference between the 1st to 4th day after operation and the 6th day after operation in the test group.Compared with the control group,the 1st and 3rd day after operation in the test group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The time of postoperative anal catheter indentation and postoperative defecation in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic aerosol fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate postoperative perianal discomfort,shorten postoperative course of colorectal cancer,promote early postoperative recovery of patients,and provide evidence-based evidence for clinical promotion.
