摘要
特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)是常见儿童内分泌疾病,指青春期前儿童由于下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴过早激活导致第二性征提前出现,患儿可出现成年后身材矮小及一系列心理、社会问题。因此及早诊断、及时治疗对改善患者临床症状、降低激素水平具有重要的作用。近年来,多模态磁共振成像(MRI)技术飞速发展,已有一些应用于ICPP的脑结构、脑功能、脑网络MRI研究。本文现对常规MRI序列、MRI增强扫描、结构MRI、DTI、静息态fMRI、ASL、影像组学等多模态MRI技术应用于ICPP的研究现状及应用前景进行综述,为ICPP的影像研究提供新思路,为ICPP的临床诊治提供更加精准的影像学资料。
Idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP)is a common endocrine disease in children,caused by the early activation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis in pre-puberty children,and children may have short stature and a series of psychological and social problems in adulthood.Therefore,early diagnosis and timely treatment are important in improving patients'clinical symptoms and reducing hormone levels.In recent years,multimodal MRI has developed rapidly,and have been applied to the study of brain structure,brain function and brain network MRI of ICPP.This paper reviews the research status and application prospect of conventional MRI sequence,MRI enhanced scanning,structural MRI,DTI,resting state fMRI,ASL,radiomics in ICPP,providing new ideas for imaging research of ICPP and more accurate imaging data for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ICPP.
