精准频率反转恢复脂肪抑制技术与频率选择脂肪抑制技术在手部MRI扫描中的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of precise frequency reversal recovery fat suppression technique and frequency selective fat suppression technique in hand MRI scanning

摘要 目的:探讨频率选择脂肪抑制技术(Fat)与精准频率反转恢复脂肪抑制技术(Special)应用于手部MRI扫描中的效果。方法:选取2022年8月—11月扬州大学附属医院收治的16例行手部MRI扫描的患者为研究对象,行MRI手部扫描时分别结合Fat、Special两种不同的脂肪抑制技术。由两位放射科医师各自独立对两组图像的磁敏感伪影控制、脂肪抑制效果进行定性评分,并测量和比较两组图像的大鱼际的信噪比(SNR1)、小鱼际的信噪比(SNR2)、第三掌骨远端掌骨头的信噪比(SNR3)、大鱼际与第三掌骨远端掌骨头的对比噪声比(CNR)。结果:定性分析:Special图像的磁敏感伪影控制效果优于Fat图像,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组的脂肪抑制效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);定量分析:Special图像大鱼际SNR、小鱼际SNR、第三掌骨远端掌骨头SNR和大鱼际CNR与第三掌骨远端掌骨头的CNR均大于Fat图像,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与Fat相比,Special对磁敏感伪影的控制效果、图像SNR和CNR更佳,Special更适用于手部MRI扫描。 Objective To investigate effects comparisons for frequency selective fat suppression(Fat)and precise frequency inversion recovery fat suppression(Special)in hand MRI scans.Methods 16 cases of MRI scans of the hands admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from August 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects,combined with two different fat suppression techniques,Fat and Special.The elimination of magnetic sensitivity artifacts and the effect of fat suppression in the two groups of images were qualitatively scored by two radiologists independently,and measure and compare the thenar signal-to-noise ratio(SNR1),the hypothenar signal-to-noise ratio(SNR2),signal-to-noise ratio of the distal metacarpal head of the third metacarpal(SNR3),contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)between thenar and distal metacarpal bones of the third metacarpal.Results Qualitative analysis:The magnetic sensitivity artifacts control effect of the Special image was greater than that of the Fat image.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fat suppression effect scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Quantitative analysis:SNR of thenar,SNR of thenar,SNR of the distal metacarpal head of the third metacarpal and CNR of the distal metacarpal head of the thenar to the third metacarpal head of the third metacarpal were higher than those in Fat images,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The magnetic sensitivity artifacts control effect,SNR and CNR of Special are better than those of Fat.Special is more suitable for hand MRI scanning.
