摘要
乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶是糖酵解的关键酶,可催化丙酮酸和乳酸之间的可逆氧化还原,在多种恶性肿瘤中表达,目前是恶性肿瘤早期诊断与预后评估的研究热点。肿瘤细胞共有的代谢方式Warburg效应在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用,LDH同工酶可通过Warburg效应以及肿瘤免疫途径参与多种恶性肿瘤的能量代谢、存活、侵袭、转移及免疫逃逸。随着研究的深入,LDH很有可能成为癌症靶向治疗的新希望和恶性肿瘤辅助诊断的新靶点。因此,未来应进一步深入研究LDH同工酶与恶性肿瘤的关系,以为后续恶性肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供更多策略。
Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)isoenzyme is a key enzyme in glycolysis,catalyzing reversible oxidation-reduction between pyruvate and lactate.It is expressed in various malignant tumors and is currently a research hotspot for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of malignant tumors.The Warburg effect,a common metabolic pathway of tumor cells,plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.LDH isoenzymes can participate in the energy metabolism,survival,invasion,metastasis,and immune escape of various malignant tumors through the Warburg effect and tumor immune pathways.With the deepening of the research,LDH is highly likely to become a new hope for targeted cancer treatment and a new target for auxiliary diagnosis of malignant tumors.Therefore,further in-depth research should be conducted on the relationship between LDH isoenzymes and malignant tumors in the future,in order to provide more strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors in the future.
