肿瘤已成为目前影响人类预期寿命和生存质量的重大疾病之一。目前关于肿瘤的治疗主要采用手术、放疗、化疗等方法,且已取得一定疗效,但不良反应严重、易产生耐药等问题会影响其临床应用效果。生物活性肽因具有特异性高、不良反应小、抗肿瘤作用明确等优势而成为有效抗肿瘤药物。生物活性肽的抗肿瘤作用主要通过促进细胞坏死和凋亡、靶向破坏异常信号通路、抑制肿瘤血管和淋巴管形成以及诱导免疫反应等机制实现。未来进一步深入研究生物活性肽的作用机制,可以为其临床转化提供帮助。

Tumor has become one of the major diseases that affect human life expectancy and quality of life.At present,the treatment of tumor mainly adopts surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other methods,and has achieved certain efficacy.However,the serious adverse reactions and drug resistance still affect their clinical application effect.Bioactive peptides have become effective anti-tumor drugs due to their high specificity,minor adverse reactions,and definite anti-tumor effects.The anti-tumor effects of bioactive peptides are mainly achieved by promoting cell necrosis and apoptosis,targeting and destroying abnormal signaling pathways,inhibiting tumor vascular and lymphatic formation,and inducing immune responses.Further studies on the mechanism of action of bioactive peptides in the future can provide help for their clinical transformation.
