经皮神经电刺激(TENS)是一种有效的物理治疗手段,常用于缓解肌肉和骨关节疼痛。近年来,经皮神经电刺激在临床实践中广泛应用,并取得了一定的研究进展。TENS可以改善人体的肌肉力量和运动能力、促进细胞组织修复和再生,并减轻疼痛和炎症,还可以与其他治疗方法(牵引、按摩、热敷等)相结合,以达到更好的治疗效果。目前TENS的研究仍存在一些争议和不足,针对不同病情和个体化的治疗方案尚未完全明确,需要进一步的研究和探索。

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)is an effective physical therapy method commonly used to alleviate muscle and joint pain.In recent years,TENS has been widely applied in clinical practice and has made certain research progress.TENS can improve muscle strength and motor ability,promote cell and tissue repair and regeneration,and alleviate pain and inflammation.It can also be combined with other treatment methods(traction,massage,hot compress,etc.)to achieve better therapeutic effects.At present,there are still some controversies and shortcomings in the research of TENS,and the treatment plans for different conditions and individualization are not fully clear,requiring further research and exploration.
