当归四逆汤化裁联合隔药饼灸对子宫内膜异位症患者炎症因子的影响

The effect of Danggui Sini Decoction Modification Combined with Herb Cake-partitioned Moxibustion on Inflammatory Factors of Patients with Endometriosis

目的 研究当归四逆汤化裁联合隔药饼灸对子宫内膜异位症患者炎症因子的影响。方法 方便选取2021年5月—2022年6月于泉州市中医院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者146例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各73例。其中对照组给予当归四逆汤化裁治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用隔药饼灸的方法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、血清糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen 125,CA125)以及临床有效率。结果 治疗后研究组炎症因子水平、CA125水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效总有效率为93.15%,高于对照组的79.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.794,P<0.05)。结论 当归四逆汤化裁联合隔药饼灸治疗子宫内膜异位症能够有效减轻患者的临床症状,降低其炎症反应,具有较高的临床效果。

Objective To study the effect of Danggui Sini decoction modification combined with herb cake-partitioned moxibustion on inflammatory factors in patients with endometriosis.Methods 146 patients with endometriosis admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to June 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of Danggui Sini decoction modification,and the study group was treated with the method of herb cake-partitioned moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammatory factor level,serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and clinical efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results Inflammatory factor level and CA125 level of the study group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine evidence points of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of 93.15%in the study group was higher than that of 79.45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.794,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of endometriosis by Danggui Sini decoction modification com-bined with herb cake-partitioned moxibustion can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reactions of the patients,and it has a high clinical effect.
