高压氧干预卒中后轻度认知障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study of Hyperbaric Oxygen Intervention in Mild Cognitive Impairment after Stroke

目的 探讨对于卒中后发生轻度认知障碍的患者以高压氧治疗的效果。方法 方便选择2021年7月—2022年12月昆山市康复医院收治的卒中后轻度认知障碍患者78例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组(37例)采用常规干预,观察组(41例)采用常规干预+高压氧治疗。比较两组患者智能精神状态、日常生活活动能力以及治疗结果和不良反应等情况。结果 观察组临床疗效(89.19%)高于对照组(70.73%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.064,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组简明精神状态量表(Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE)、改良Barthel指数(Modified Barthel Index, MBI)评分均改善,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于卒中发生轻度认知障碍的患者以高压氧治疗,具有良好有效性,有明显疗效,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with mild cognitive impair-ment after stroke.Methods A total of 78 patients with post-stroke mild cognitive impairment admitted to Kunshan Re-habilitation Hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group(37 cases)received routine intervention,and the observation group(41 cases)received routine intervention plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The intelligent mental state,ability of daily living activities,treatment outcome and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group(89.19%)was higher than that of control group(70.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.064,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were improved in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for stroke patients with mild cognitive impairment has good effective-ness,obvious efficacy and good safety.
