多元化护理干预对鼻窦炎患者术后睡眠质量、自我效能感的影响

Effects of Diversified Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Self efficacy in Patients with Sinusitis after Surgery

目的 探讨多元化护理干预对鼻窦炎患者术后睡眠质量、自我效能感的影响。方法 方便选取2019年1月—2023年1月间在福建省立医院南院接受鼻窦炎手术治疗的患者96例作为研究对象,参照随机数表法将所有入组患者分为对照组、多元化护理组,各48例。对照组患者接受鼻窦炎患者常规围术期护理,多元化护理组患者接受鼻窦炎患者围术期多元化护理干预。对比两组患者的睡眠质量、自我效能感、护理满意度差异。结果 术后48 h,多元化护理组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量表评分(7.03±0.89)分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=8.967,P<0.05);多元化护理组患者的一般自我效能感量表评分(29.17±5.63)分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.568,P<0.05)。多元化护理组患者的总满意率(91.67%)高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.790,P<0.05)。结论 鼻窦炎患者围术期引入多元化护理干预,可有效优化术后睡眠质量、提升自我效能感、提高护理满意率,是一种理想的护理干预模式。

Objective To explore the effects of diversified nursing intervention on sleep quality and self-efficacy in patients with sinusitis after surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients who received surgical treatment for sinusitis in the South Branch,Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as research objects.All enrolled patients were divided into control group and diversified nursing group with 48 cases in each group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional perioperative nursing for patients with sinusitis,and patients in the diversified nursing group received perioperative diversified nursing intervention for patients with sinusitis.The sleep quality,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 48 hours after surgery,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale Score(7.03±0.89)points in the diversified nursing group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.967,P<0.05).The General Self-efficacy Scale Score(29.17±5.63)points in the diversified nursing group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.568,P<0.05).On the day of discharge,The total satisfaction rate of patients in the diversified nursing group(91.67%)was higher than that in the control group,and the average satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.790,P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of diversified nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with sinusitis can effectively optimize postoperative sleep quality,improve self-efficacy and increase nursing satisfaction rate,which is an ideal nursing intervention mode.
