人性化护理在感染科患者中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Humanized Nursing In Patients with Infectious Diseases

目的 探讨人性化护理在感染科患者中的具体应用方式和效果,以期为提高患者人性化护理效果提供参考依据。方法 选取2020年12月—2021年11月邵武市立医院收治的86例感染科患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组(43例)实施常规护理,观察组(43例)实施人性化护理干预。对比两组患者的焦虑状态和抑郁状态的改善程度以及对护理工作的满意度。结果 干预前,两组心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组心理状态评分均下降,且观察组焦虑自评量表评分为(45.14±4.13)分、抑郁自评量表评分为(45.14±4.22)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.348、4.566,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(95.34%)高于对照组(81.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理可改善感染科患者焦虑、抑郁状况,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用到更多的医疗机构和临床实践中。

Objective To explore the specific application and effect of humanized nursing in patients with infectious diseases,in order to provide reference for improving the effect of humanized nursing.Methods 86 patients admitted to Shaowu Municipal Hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,the control group(43 cases)implemented routine nursing,and the observation group(43 cases)implemented humanized nursing inter-vention.The improvement of anxiety and depression status and the satisfaction with the nursing work were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in psychological state score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological state in both groups decreased,and the scores of Self-rating Anxi-ety Scale(45.14±4.13)points and Self-rating Depression Scale(45.14±4.22)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.348,4.566,P<0.05).The nurs-ing satisfaction of the observation group(95.34%)was higher than that of the control group(81.39%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing can improve the anxiety and depression of patients in the department of infection,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and applica-tion in more medical institutions and clinical practice.
