动机访谈联合正念减压训练对乳腺癌合并高血压患者术后康复及护理满意度的影响分析

Effect of Motivational Interview Combined with Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Training on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Breast Cancer Complicated with Hypertension

目的 探讨动机访谈联合正念减压训练对乳腺癌合并高血压患者术后康复及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2019年5月—2022年5月在福建省立医院接受手术治疗的乳腺癌合并高血压患者180例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,每组90例。对照组接受围术期常规护理干预,观察组接受动机访谈联合正念减压训练。对比两组围术期血压水平、术后患侧上肢上肢关节活动度、出院护理满意度。结果术后24 h,观察组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组上肢关节活动度恢复至正常范围比例(42.22%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.822,P<0.05)。出院时,观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.947,P<0.05)。结论 动机访谈联合正念减压训练可优化乳腺癌合并高血压患者的术后血压水平,促进术后康复、提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of motivational interview combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training on postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of patients with breast cancer and hypertension.Methods A total of 180 patients with breast cancer combined with hypertension who received surgical treatment in Fujian Provincial Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 90 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group received motivational interview combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training.The perioperative blood pressure level,postoperative up-per limb joint motion and discharge nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 24 h after operation,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the time of discharge,the proportion of upper limb joint motion restored to the normal range in the observation group(42.22%)was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.822,P<0.05).At discharge,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.947,P<0.05).Conclusion Motivational interview combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training can optimize the postoperative blood pressure of patients with breast cancer complicated with hypertension,promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve nursing satisfaction.
