中药封包联合败酱棱莪汤治疗输卵管阻塞60例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Tubal Obstruction Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Encapsulation Combined with Baijiang Linge Decoction

目的 探析中药封包联合败酱棱莪汤治疗输卵管阻塞的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2021年7月—2022年6月漳州市中医院接收的输卵管阻塞并辨证为湿热瘀阻型的患者60例为研究对象,采用随机列表法分为对比组与治疗组,各30例。对比组以单纯中药败酱棱莪汤口服治疗,研究组在对比组的基础上联合中药封包治疗。比较两组临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果 对比组的治疗有效率为66.67%,明显低于研究组的93.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。治疗后两组症状积分较治疗前均降低,且研究组的中医症状积分下降情况优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对输卵管阻塞患者予以中药封包与中药口服两种途径联合治疗,优于单纯中药口服治疗,可明显降低患者的中医证候积分,提高输卵管通畅度,提高预后质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with Baijiang Linge Decoction in the treatment of tubal obstruction.Methods 60 patients with fallopian tube obstruction and syndrome differentiation as damp-heat stasis from Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into comparison group and treatment group by random arrangement table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple Chinese medicine patrinia Lingi decoction orally,and the study group was treated with Chinese medicine encapsula-tion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,which was significantly lower than that of the study group(93.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).Symptom scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,and the decline of TCM symptom scores of the study group was better than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and oral Chinese medicine treatment for patients with tubal obstruction is superior to simple oral Chinese medicine treatment,which can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of pa-tients,improve the patency of tubal and improve the quality of prognosis.
